The Greek Independence Day Parade was sponsored by the Presented by The Federation of Hellenic-American Organizations (ENOSIS) and took place in Greektown, Chicago on March 26, 2023. The kickoff was held at the National Hellenic Museum against the backdrop of the exhibit called, Gather Together: Street Photography by Diane Alexander White. In attendance were Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias , Mariyana Spyropoulos, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Emmanuel Koubarakis, Consul General of Greece in Chicago, Endy Zemenides, Executive Director at The Hellenic American Leadership Council, George Tsunis, US Ambassador to Greece, Paul Vallas, Marianne Kountoures, Executive Director of the National Hellenic Museum, Maria Pappas Cook County Treasurer, His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago, managing director of Calamos Investments John S.
