St. Patrick's Day is always cold, wet, rainy and sometimes snowy. But that does not deter the crowds of the pride of being Irish, in fact "Everyone is Irish on St. Paddy's Day"! I get a chuckle from #01 where the young man is drinking a brew in the rain in sandals while the people in the background take cover.
